Le leadership qui vient ne se joue plus dans les slogans mais dans la coh\u00e9rence, l\u2019effort et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 tenir dans la dur\u00e9e. Refuser la na\u00efvet\u00e9, assumer la complexit\u00e9 et travailler vraiment sont devenus des actes strat\u00e9giques.
