managers. Les dirigeants ayant pris le parti d\u2019adopter une politique d\u2019inclusion et de diversit\u00e9, peuvent tous t\u00e9moigner de l\u2019impact positif d\u2019une telle d\u00e9cision sur la performance de leur entreprise.
