Peu la questionnent. La transformation est devenue le mantra des dirigeants, des consultants, des comit\u00e9s ex\u00e9cutifs. On \u201cacc\u00e9l\u00e8re\u201d, on \u201cmodernise\u201d, on \u201cdigitalise\u201d. Mais pour quoi faire ?<br data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"665\" \/>Depuis la loi Pacte et l\u2019\u00e9mergence des entreprises \u00e0 mission, on ne peut plus parler de mutation sans parler de <strong data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"789\">finalit\u00e9<\/strong>. Ce n\u2019est pas un simple chantier technologique, mais un projet de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Transformer sans cap, c\u2019est naviguer \u00e0 vue. On parle d\u2019agilit\u00e9, d\u2019IA, d\u2019automatisation, de data-driven culture. Les budgets suivent. Les directions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales s\u2019en f\u00e9licitent. Et pourtant, <strong data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1572\">plus d\u2019un tiers de ces transformations \u00e9chouent<\/strong> selon une \u00e9tude du <a href=\"chrome-extension:\/\/efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj\/https:\/\/media-publications.bcg.com\/BCG-IT-Services-the-Rates-of-Success-Goals-and-Future-Priorities-of-Digital-Transformations-by-Sector-April-2022.pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1617\">Boston Consulting Group<\/em> <\/a>.<br data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1717\" \/>Pourquoi ? Parce qu\u2019on traite le digital comme une fin, au lieu d\u2019en faire un moyen. Les organisations d\u00e9pensent des millions pour \u201cfaire moderne\u201d, sans revisiter leur vision du leadership, de la valeur ou du travail.<br data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"1937\" \/>J\u2019ai vu trop d\u2019\u00e9quipes vid\u00e9es de sens par des transformations men\u00e9es au pas de charge, o\u00f9 la communication interne devient cosm\u00e9tique et la culture un PowerPoint. \u00c0 force de parler d\u2019efficacit\u00e9, on a oubli\u00e9 la pertinence.<br data-start=\"2158\" data-end=\"2161\" \/>La vraie question n\u2019est pas <em data-start=\"2189\" data-end=\"2213\">comment se transformer<\/em>, mais <em data-start=\"2220\" data-end=\"2230\">pourquoi<\/em>. Une entreprise peut \u00eatre technologiquement \u00e0 la pointe et socialement \u00e0 la tra\u00eene. Et \u00e7a, c\u2019est tout sauf une r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7497d63 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7497d63\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le retour du sens : quand la technologie doit redevenir un levier humain<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b94f6f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b94f6f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/en\/topics\/policy-issues\/digital-transformation.html?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OCDE<\/a> l\u2019a rappel\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment : une transformation num\u00e9rique r\u00e9ussie est celle qui <strong data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2553\">met les personnes au centre<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2672\" data-end=\"2675\" \/>Or, que voyons-nous ? Des organisations obs\u00e9d\u00e9es par la performance op\u00e9rationnelle, la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts, la data comme graal. Mais qui parle du bien-\u00eatre des collaborateurs, de leur engagement, de la mani\u00e8re dont ils per\u00e7oivent cette mutation ? Trop peu.<br data-start=\"2932\" data-end=\"2935\" \/>Remettre l\u2019humain au c\u0153ur n\u2019est pas une posture, c\u2019est un choix strat\u00e9gique. Cela suppose de repenser la gouvernance, la formation, les indicateurs de succ\u00e8s. Cela suppose aussi d\u2019admettre que tout ne peut pas \u00eatre mesur\u00e9 en ROI.<br data-start=\"3164\" data-end=\"3167\" \/>Quand on replace la finalit\u00e9 humaine au centre, la transformation cesse d\u2019\u00eatre subie : elle devient partag\u00e9e. Elle ne s\u2019impose plus d\u2019en haut, elle se co-construit. Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que l\u2019innovation redevient cr\u00e9dible.<br data-start=\"3380\" data-end=\"3383\" \/>La transformation ne doit pas produire de la vitesse, mais de la valeur : pour l\u2019entreprise, pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, pour la plan\u00e8te. Il s\u2019orches tre. Et il se mesure autrement qu\u2019en livrables.<br data-start=\"3704\" data-end=\"3707\" \/>Les organisations ont souvent une f\u00e2cheuse tendance \u00e0 empiler des chantiers de transformation sans traiter le fond : la culture. On parle d\u2019agilit\u00e9 mais on reste vertical. On vante la collaboration mais on \u00e9value encore la performance individuelle. On proclame l\u2019innovation mais on sanctionne la prise de risque.<br data-start=\"4019\" data-end=\"4022\" \/>Une transformation r\u00e9elle, c\u2019est celle qui <strong data-start=\"4065\" data-end=\"4104\">r\u00e9aligne structure, culture et sens<\/strong>. C\u2019est accepter de revoir ses modes de gouvernance, d\u2019ouvrir le dialogue, de questionner les habitudes de pouvoir.<br data-start=\"4219\" data-end=\"4222\" \/>Je crois profond\u00e9ment que la culture d\u2019entreprise est aujourd\u2019hui le premier facteur de succ\u00e8s d\u2019une mutation durable. Pas la technologie. Pas le budget. Pas la roadmap.<br data-start=\"4391\" data-end=\"4394\" \/>Parce que le digital ne sauvera rien si la culture interne reste toxique.<br data-start=\"4467\" data-end=\"4470\" \/>Comme le souligne <em data-start=\"4488\" data-end=\"4517\">MIT Sloan Management Review<\/em>, \u201cle changement de culture est la condition non n\u00e9gociable de toute transformation digitale durable\u201d .<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e29d0a5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e29d0a5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Repenser la transformation : impact, gouvernance et alignement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5960345 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5960345\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"4793\" data-end=\"5168\">Se transformer, oui. Mais avec quelle boussole ?<br data-start=\"4841\" data-end=\"4844\" \/>Il est temps de cesser de traiter la transformation comme un chantier technique. C\u2019est un <strong data-start=\"4934\" data-end=\"4954\">projet politique<\/strong>, au sens noble du terme. Une transformation devrait \u00eatre jug\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aune de son impact global : humain, soci\u00e9tal, environnemental, et \u00e9conomique. Et ainsi <a href=\"https:\/\/taniagombert.com\/index.php\/2025\/09\/07\/reconcilier-business-et-impact-la-fin-du-ou\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00e9concilier business et impact<\/a>.<br data-start=\"5099\" data-end=\"5102\" \/>Trois leviers structurants m\u00e9ritent l\u2019attention des dirigeants :<\/p><ul data-start=\"5170\" data-end=\"5787\"><li data-start=\"5170\" data-end=\"5357\"><p data-start=\"5172\" data-end=\"5357\"><strong data-start=\"5172\" data-end=\"5195\">L\u2019impact collectif.<\/strong> Les transformations doivent r\u00e9duire les fractures, pas les creuser. Le num\u00e9rique inclusif, c\u2019est celui qui \u00e9largit l\u2019acc\u00e8s, pas celui qui acc\u00e9l\u00e8re l\u2019exclusion.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5358\" data-end=\"5572\"><p data-start=\"5360\" data-end=\"5572\"><strong data-start=\"5360\" data-end=\"5391\">La gouvernance responsable.<\/strong> Le pilotage des transformations doit \u00eatre transparent, participatif et align\u00e9 sur la mission. Ce n\u2019est pas un gadget : c\u2019est ce qui garantit la coh\u00e9rence entre discours et actes.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5573\" data-end=\"5787\"><p data-start=\"5575\" data-end=\"5787\"><strong data-start=\"5575\" data-end=\"5604\">L\u2019alignement strat\u00e9gique.<\/strong> La transformation doit servir la raison d\u2019\u00eatre, pas l\u2019\u00e9clipser. Chaque d\u00e9cision technologique devrait pouvoir r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une seule question : \u201cen quoi cela sert-il notre vision ?\u201d.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"5789\" data-end=\"6135\">Comme le rappelle un rapport de <em data-start=\"5821\" data-end=\"5851\">Capgemini Research Institute<\/em>, les entreprises les plus matures digitalement ne sont pas celles qui investissent le plus dans la technologie, mais celles qui int\u00e8grent la <strong data-start=\"6074\" data-end=\"6099\">durabilit\u00e9 et le sens<\/strong> dans leurs choix de transformation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cfd69ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cfd69ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Vers une transformation signifiante<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a83c907 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a83c907\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les organisations ne manquent pas d\u2019outils, elles manquent de cap. Elle devrait \u00eatre le prolongement d\u2019une r\u00e9flexion sur le r\u00f4le que l\u2019entreprise veut jouer dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.
