En revanche, je sais exactement comment je choisis de l\u2019aborder. \u00c0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 les discours d\u2019intentions se multiplient, o\u00f9 les promesses s\u2019encha\u00eenent plus vite que les actes, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire autrement. Refuser le bruit. \u00c9carter la fr\u00e9n\u00e9sie. Assumer une posture plus exigeante, parfois plus lente, mais infiniment plus structurante.<\/p><p data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"1092\">Le monde dans lequel nous entrons ne r\u00e9compense plus les incantations. Les organisations, comme les individus, ne peuvent plus se contenter d\u2019optimisme performatif. L\u2019impact r\u00e9el demande autre chose qu\u2019une bonne r\u00e9solution publi\u00e9e en janvier.<\/p><p data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1534\">Cette ann\u00e9e encore, je n\u2019ai pas dress\u00e9 de liste de v\u0153ux id\u00e9alis\u00e9s. Ce choix n\u2019est ni un renoncement, ni une fatigue. Il est le fruit d\u2019un cheminement professionnel, personnel, intellectuel, parfois inconfortable, souvent lucide. Ce texte n\u2019est ni un manifeste ni un billet d\u2019humeur. Il est une mise en perspective. Une mani\u00e8re de poser des mots sur ce qui, \u00e0 mes yeux, devrait structurer le leadership en 2026, sans na\u00efvet\u00e9 et sans posture.<\/p><p data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"1227\">Face \u00e0 cette transformation rapide, il devient urgent de poser des rep\u00e8res solides. Pas des slogans. Pas des intentions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales. Des cadres concrets, mesurables, capables de prot\u00e9ger ce qui nous relie dans un monde de plus en plus num\u00e9ris\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9thique du num\u00e9rique ne peut plus rester th\u00e9orique. des r\u00e9solutions et assumer la lucidit\u00e9<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f6133d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4f6133d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"2022\">Chaque mois de janvier, les m\u00eames m\u00e9caniques se rejouent. Les individus promettent de changer. Les entreprises jurent de se transformer. Les dirigeants affichent de nouvelles priorit\u00e9s. Pourtant, les chiffres sont t\u00eatus. La majorit\u00e9 des r\u00e9solutions personnelles sont abandonn\u00e9es en quelques semaines, et les transformations organisationnelles annonc\u00e9es sans cadre clair ni pilotage rigoureux connaissent le m\u00eame sort.<\/p><p data-start=\"2024\" data-end=\"2449\">Face \u00e0 ce constat, continuer \u00e0 empiler des engagements non structur\u00e9s rel\u00e8ve moins de l\u2019optimisme que de l\u2019aveuglement. La lucidit\u00e9 oblige \u00e0 regarder les contraintes en face. Elle impose d\u2019accepter que tout ne se transforme pas \u00e0 la vitesse des posts LinkedIn. Choisir de ne pas formuler de r\u00e9solutions ne signifie pas l\u2019absence d\u2019ambition, mais une volont\u00e9 de coh\u00e9rence et d\u2019alignement entre discours, moyens et temporalit\u00e9.<\/p><p data-start=\"2451\" data-end=\"2945\">Dans les organisations que j\u2019accompagne, cette lucidit\u00e9 devient un v\u00e9ritable levier strat\u00e9gique. Elle permet de prioriser, de renoncer \u00e0 ce qui disperse et de redonner de la valeur \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution. Dans un monde satur\u00e9 de projections, la lucidit\u00e9 est devenue une comp\u00e9tence rare, non pas cynique, mais structurante. Cette approche rejoint d\u2019ailleurs les r\u00e9flexions de l\u2019OCDE sur la gouvernance durable et la cr\u00e9ation de valeur \u00e0 long terme :<br data-start=\"2890\" data-end=\"2893\" \/><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2893\" data-end=\"2945\">https:\/\/www.oecd.org\/corporate\/corporate-governance\/<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-642971e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"642971e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Leadership engag\u00e9 : l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 comme discipline<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0d2dd1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0d2dd1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"3013\" data-end=\"3329\">L\u2019authenticit\u00e9 est un mot galvaud\u00e9. Trop souvent, il sert d\u2019alibi \u00e0 l\u2019improvisation ou \u00e0 la mise en sc\u00e8ne de soi. Dans mon exp\u00e9rience, elle rel\u00e8ve au contraire d\u2019une discipline exigeante. \u00catre authentique ne consiste pas \u00e0 tout dire, mais \u00e0 dire juste, et surtout \u00e0 agir en coh\u00e9rence avec ce que l\u2019on affirme porter.<\/p><p data-start=\"3331\" data-end=\"3805\">Dans le leadership, cette exigence est devenue centrale. Les \u00e9quipes ne se contentent plus de slogans, les partenaires attendent de la clart\u00e9, et les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes sanctionnent rapidement les incoh\u00e9rences. Cette \u00e9volution est document\u00e9e par de nombreux travaux, notamment ceux de McKinsey sur la confiance organisationnelle et l\u2019impact du leadership align\u00e9 sur la performance durable :<br data-start=\"3714\" data-end=\"3717\" \/><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3717\" data-end=\"3805\">https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights<\/a><\/p><p data-start=\"3807\" data-end=\"4328\">Porter une parole engag\u00e9e implique aussi d\u2019assumer ses doutes, de reconna\u00eetre ses zones d\u2019apprentissage et de nommer ses contradictions lorsqu\u2019elles existent. Cette posture demande du courage. Elle expose et fragilise parfois, mais elle cr\u00e9e un espace relationnel plus mature, autorise des \u00e9changes plus profonds et favorise des d\u00e9cisions plus solides. En 2026, je suis convaincue que le leadership qui comptera sera celui qui saura conjuguer clart\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique et sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 assum\u00e9e, non pas pour plaire, mais pour durer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3637ba9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3637ba9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Travailler, vraiment : r\u00e9habiliter l\u2019effort et la d\u00e9termination<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-208ad43 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"208ad43\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"4408\" data-end=\"4683\">Le mot travail est devenu suspect. Il est parfois oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9panouissement, souvent caricatur\u00e9. Pourtant, aucune transformation s\u00e9rieuse ne se fait sans effort, aucune trajectoire ambitieuse ne se construit sans pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance, et aucune vision ne se mat\u00e9rialise sans rigueur.<\/p><p data-start=\"4685\" data-end=\"5093\">Dans les projets de transformation strat\u00e9gique, digitale ou culturelle que j\u2019ai pu piloter ou accompagner, un facteur revient syst\u00e9matiquement : la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 tenir dans la dur\u00e9e.
